My journey started on the factory floor, where I honed my skills as a metallurgical engineer, getting my hands dirty and understanding the intricacies of metal casting and fabrication. But I wasn’t content with just the technical side; I wanted to understand how quality impacted the entire business, from the bottom line to customer satisfaction. That’s what led me to pursue an MBA in International Business & Finance.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of leading quality initiatives for companies like Briggs and Stratton and Coroplast Tape Corporation.
